- Develop Hola Beach as a Beach Club & Eco Glamping concept
- Set up SOP, P&P, Manning, Operation System
- Build up a professional team to develop Hola on the right track of its concept
- Manage ongoing profitability of Hola Beach, ensuring revenue and guest satisfaction targets are met and exceeded
- Be responsible for all aspects of operations at the Hola Beach
- Discuss more in the interview
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Have knowledge of the Glamping trend
- At least 02 years in the position
- Have the ability to set up at the opening
- Requirements for modern management skillset
- Have a personally dynamic lifestyle
- Have experience in various kinds of service
- Requirements for relevant qualifications and certificates in Hospitality.
