MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
– Assist MKT Manager in terms of planning, executing & managing Digital Plan (especially in performance, optimization):
- Understand & keep studying the users’ journey on digital platforms.
- Advise brand team to create message/ image to be relevant with target audiences’ journey & platform’s standard.
- Plan, set up, monitor, optimize digital performance across digital platforms: social media (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok,…), SEO/ SEM, marketing database, email/ SMS MKT, location check-in, Google Analytics,…
- Track, do report/ post-evaluation, communicate, gather data from platforms/ other teams to check the efficiency & optimize the performance daily/ weekly/ monthly.
- Proactively research & suggest online alternatives to enhance brand awareness.
- Set-up media platforms to view deep tracking data.
- Budget allocation & tracking.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or relevant
- 02 years-experience in Digital Marketing (especially in performance, optimization)
- Deep analytical mindset: need to understand the ads numbers and trends
